the staff were friendly and helpful .
The room was not clean upon arrival. I noticed dust and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. also, basic amenities were missing, like hand soap which wasn't refilled for days despite requests. the experience definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing.

The staff made it nice. jane's special care really stood out! if i return, i'll certainly consider staying here again. i appreciate the hotel's effort to be more sustainable. It is a wonderful initiative.
I did find that the breakfast room was rather small and sometimes crowded. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

The staff was very polite and helpful. they addressed all my needs quickly. complimentary pastries, coffees and drinks were available all day . I appreciated this detail. the location is great. Two metro stations are nearby.
The cleaning service was not thorough. I found dust in the room. the breakfast selection was poor. there was a sewer issue in my room. It created a bad smell.

The hotel lobby had a comfortable feel, with refreshments available. My room on the fourth floor featured a nice view of the street. The room also had blackout curtains. Breakfast had a great variety of choices like scrambled eggs, bread, and fruit.
The room was small. I could not open the bathroom door fully because it hit the toilet.

The hotel is very close to several stations. That location was helpful for events linked to the olympics. i liked the feeling of safety since the police station was right next door. i will stay there again, especially alone.
The cleaning service was not good. The room was dirty upon arrival. we asked to change the bed sheets and clean the bathroom, but it was still dirty. there was a bad smell and lots of dust throughout the room. This gave us a bad feeling about our stay, it did not feel like a four-star hotel.
