An Acceptable Stay
thoughtful touch lovely staff considerable dust poor cleanliness
The hotel staff was lovely and accommodating. They arranged balloons and flower petals on the bed because they knew my anniversary was happening soon. The gesture was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The cleaning service did not meet expectations. There was considerable dust throughout the room when I arrived. The poor cleanliness negatively impacted my family vacation.

dirty room missing amenities
the staff were friendly and helpful .
The room was not clean upon arrival. I noticed dust and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. also, basic amenities were missing, like hand soap which wasn't refilled for days despite requests. the experience definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing.

wonderful stay!
excellent staff special care wonderful initiative
The staff made it nice. jane's special care really stood out! if i return, i'll certainly consider staying here again. i appreciate the hotel's effort to be more sustainable. It is a wonderful initiative.
I did find that the breakfast room was rather small and sometimes crowded. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Cozy Interior and Friendly Staff!

The hotel lobby had a comfortable feel, with refreshments available. My room on the fourth floor featured a nice view of the street. The room also had blackout curtains. Breakfast had a great variety of choices like scrambled eggs, bread, and fruit.
The room was small. I could not open the bathroom door fully because it hit the toilet.

Adequate stay
convenient location police station safety feeling poor cleaning bad smell excessive dust
The hotel is very close to several stations. That location was helpful for events linked to the olympics. i liked the feeling of safety since the police station was right next door. i will stay there again, especially alone.
The cleaning service was not good. The room was dirty upon arrival. we asked to change the bed sheets and clean the bathroom, but it was still dirty. there was a bad smell and lots of dust throughout the room. This gave us a bad feeling about our stay, it did not feel like a four-star hotel.

the location was great because it was close to two metro stations. one goes north and south, the other goes east and west. the room was big. the bathroom also felt large and i appreciate that everything was clean.
