faulty system missing refrigerator
The hotel bar selection of food was good.
I found the billing process problematic. The system seemed faulty because it initially declined my card. Turns out my card issuer blocked the transaction due to multiple attempts with incorrect information for the same reservation. The room also lacked a refrigerator so that was annoying.
