The location offered immediate access to key attractions. The room had a practical kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff addressed requests quickly and efficiently. I received extra towels within minutes. I found the fitness center excellent. It featured modern equipment including several treadmills and stationary bikes.
The in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited. More variety would have been appreciated.

The room was spacious. It had a kitchen that included cutlery, pots, a coffee machine, and a toaster. I also liked the panoramic windows. They gave a wonderful view of the skyscrapers. I also visited the pool. It had warm water.

Terrace 16 provides great views of the Wrigley Building. It also gives nice views of Michigan Avenue and the river. I enjoyed very nice meals with excellent service at this location.

The staff did not follow up on requests. I booked the room expecting the sofa-bed made up for children. I had to wait hours after arriving. The TV in the room glitched, so it was unpleasant.

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. valet service was efficient, providing immediate access to our stored scooters (it was a nice touch!). the room was clean and technologically modern with every need anticipated.
