I found the staff friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! the room was very clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable for a really good night's sleep.. i loved the white bedding and towels. breakfast included a nice selection, and the food was quite good.

The parking situation was a bit confusing, as it wasn't clear whether it was free or not. i had to squeeze into the small backyard area, which only had about five or six spaces! my room was on the top floor, and the stairs were quite narrow.. the bathroom lacked toiletries. There wasn't even hand soap provided, just a small bottle of shampoo.

great location on-site parking fresh breakfast

the location is great for walking to the town centre. the hotel offers on-site parking at a competitive price compared to street parking. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had a great choice of items all freshly cooked.

the noise from the pipes was quite loud throughout my stay. i suspect it came from other guests using the hot water system. this made it difficult to relax in my room.

The breakfast was just right, and there was plenty to choose from.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were ancient and very flat. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even hand soap. Just a tiny bottle of shampoo WAS available. This wasn't ideal, I expected MORE.

The staff provided top service. They were helpful. the location was AMAZING!!! breakfast had a superb selection of items, prepared perfectly. i found easy parking available on site too.

The room felt a bit chilly. I used an electric heater to remedy it.

basic but alright

faulty remote bland breakfast

the tv remote barely worked. the breakfast was pretty bland. i mean, i ate it, but it wasn't exactly something to write home about. it just reminded me of they weren't trying very hard in the kitchen, you know?
