The location was central and convenient to nearby attractions. The staff offered helpful service.

The room lacked soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic was noticeable (especially at night). the absence of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage to the upper floors. This was quite a problem because my room was on the third floor.

the staff was kind and supportive.. that was acceptable.

The private bathroom was not attached to the room. It was a few meters away. this wasn't clear when i booked. the bathroom's location on a separate floor was inconvenient and something i wish i knew beforehand.

The location was central. It placed me near many attractions! The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. My room had air conditioning that worked very well. I found this particularly helpful during the hot afternoons.

The walls seemed thin, and I could hear noise from the hallway at times. This made it difficult to sleep uninterrupted.
