My stay started off poorly when I found out my reservation was canceled without warning after I confirmed it just two days prior. I was left with five kids and no place to stay, which was incredibly stressful. While I managed to find cleaner accommodations elsewhere, I can't ignore the unkempt lobby and the lack of basic services that I encountered. The experience was frustrating and definitely left much to be desired.

I didn't actually see the rooms, but if the lobby was any indication, I'm not sure they would be any better. It seemed they neglected cleanliness throughout.

The service was quite frustrating. The staff seemed indifferent to our situation and didn't offer any help. Even getting a manager to address our concerns was impossible.

While I don't have much positive to say about this hotel, the location is arguably decent for accessing nearby attractions. However, with everything else that went wrong, it's hard to feel good about being there.
