full kitchen laundry machine working things star hotel
The suite included a full kitchen. I appreciated having a laundry machine in the suite. I also liked having a Whole Foods nearby. I could fix breakfast at the hotel.
I had to call house services several times . Some things were not working. I thought it was nice but not what I expect from a four star hotel.

washing machine comfortable bed dryer bad service unfriendly staff lack tissue
i had a one bedroom suite. the suite had a washing machine and a dryer. the bed was very comfortable.
the guest service was not great. i asked for tissue and they brought kleenex instead. i found this weird since i needed it for the bathroom.
