loud air conditioning poor soundproofing
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to nearby areas.
the noise from the air conditioning was a problem. it vibrated loudly at times, and i was told this was normal. i could also hear the shower running in the next room, so a neighbor showering in the early morning woke me up.
