The staff were very helpful. the hotel location allows for easy walks to landmarks and restaurants, which i loved. i found the north side view on the 20th floor beautiful. It gave the place a romantic charm.
The light switch for the bathroom felt out of place. It was a minor inconvenience though

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and very polite. Amenities included a pool and games room with a pool table and a foose ball table.
Parking felt uncomfortable from the beginning. A parking person was rude and unhelpful. There was no way to take luggage from parking to the hotel because the dolly would not fit.
