I found the location ideal for exploring. The staff was cute and very professional. The quality of the room offered a peaceful retreat in the city center. It was great that the hotel was nice and neat.
The soundproofing in my room was not ideal. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. This made it a little difficult to sleep soundly one night. I hope they can improve this issue.

the gym has treadmills and weights. i used the steam sauna and found it clean. the room service was quick. i ordered breakfast and it arrived within 20 minutes.
i had difficulty entering the hotel after 6 pm. i had to wait outside for the front desk to verify my reservation. the lobby seemed less inviting because of this security measure.
