I had a wonderful experience. ashok from housekeeping always checked if i needed anything, keeping the room super clean. i was kinda surprised with a sea-view room upgrade. The view was fine! the gym had everything i needed for a great workout. excellent swimming and spa facilities.

i was kinda surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. the view was fine, and i could watch the waves from my window. the lounge was a wonderful spot, offering excellent food and drinks during happy hour from 6-8 pm. the management handled everything professionally, and the security team conducted thorough checks, giving me peace of mind.
the front desk team seemed a little inflexible upon arrival.

The hotel's location near the beach was convenient.
I found several toothpicks inside my drinking straw at Gadda Da Vida restaurant. This felt inappropriate. Housekeeping frequently missed basic items in the room, like toilet paper and water. We had issues with a pre-ordered breakfast box that arrived late, after I had already left for the airport.

the location was decent enough for what i needed.
The check-in process was not smooth at all. there was a long queue, and after waiting, i still had to wait an additional hour and a half for the room keys. It felt disorganized. i also found the service to be lacking overall. It didn't quite feel like the standard i expect.
