the room was very well cleaned and comfortable. dinner was excellent at the chinese restaurant, and the food was good. the area for breakfast had so many awesome choices (it was hard to decide!).
the mosquitoes on and around the hotel made me think twice about staying again. the room had a damp smell, and so did the small cabinet. i found the dampness unpleasant.

i found the room service prompt, especially with in-room dining orders.. the staff managed to deliver meals quickly. the front office staff welcomed guests warmly and efficiently, a detail i appreciate. overall, i found the staff very attentive.
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. some of the machines showed wear, and i think a refresh would benefit guests.

the fitness center had good trainers.
The guard didn't let our auto enter the hotel. We walked from the vehicle entrance. globalist recognition was non-existent. They never acknowledged it at check-in. staff seemed to ignore all the benefits. it reminded me of i was begging for every amenity.
