super clean roomprofessional staff
aijaz and nirmala are amazing, their housekeeping team did a perfect job. my room shined, and it had refreshing details. the staff seemed polite, discreet, and very professional. i felt comfortable because of their effort. mohamed hamdy and laura are professional and helpful, i did appreciate their assistance. i hope to see them soon.

the hotel has multiple restaurants and bars, so many spots to have a great time. a rooftop infinity pool awaits with fine views. a state-of-the-art fitness center and a luxurious spa complete the experience.

the cloud living one-bedroom apartment balcony was perfect for my nights count. the room had a fresh scent and perfectly arranged amenities, it seemed like stepping into a brand-new space. i could see burj khalifa from the bedroom or balcony, the view was perfect.
the lobby is not at ground level which is annoying.
