professional lifeguardpoor receptionslow check-in
i found pool staff was attentive throughout the visit. they was always friendly, and quick to check in. lifeguards were attentive and professional at all times. it felt very relaxed.
reception check in were not good. they said they only had 1 person that can check us in. they told us to sit and wait and then forgot about us. the reception is so poorly run.
