this hotel is fabulous! our executive suite was spacious and wonderfully decorated with modern amenities. cherry at reception was helpful, explaining all the facilities with such kindness. the landscape is beautiful with luxurious touches everywhere!
the gym felt a little small for such a grand hotel.

the room was amazing! i was upgraded to a suite and it had a balcony. the balcony had a view on the grandstand. the front office staff were nice though, and cherry went the extra mile.
the security guy at the gate was very rude. he had no manners to talk to anyone. i request arrangements to take action about this though.

spacious roombroken liftslack of atmosphere
the room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels available on request.
The lifts were out of service one day and i was told to walk to my top-floor room. this was a real problem because i was recovering from surgery. There were no sincere apologies or any offer of refreshments while i waited to access the room i had paid for. the italian restaurant downstairs was empty with no atmosphere too.
