terrible restaurant servicepoor breakfast service
the breakfast service felt off. i was like i needed to dress up a lot to get good service (maybe wear expensive clothes?). i usually stay in good hotels, so this was unusual.

i really loved the games area! ghulam managed it very well. the pool had fine views of the museum of the future! the glamping room theme and outdoor sauna really added to the hotel vibe.

i really loved the gym. it featureed three treadmills. two stationary bikes were there. weight machines provided nice options. breakfast had so much variety. many fruits were displayed. hot food stations were active. pastries did taste very fresh.
the curtain system let light seep in always.

i liked that the room was spacious and clean. the hotel has a creative interior i found entertaining. i appreciate the hotel allowed us to use the pool all day since our flight was late at night.
the staff had an unwelcoming attitude it. noise from the club was unbearable lasting until 3 am so i couldn't sleep well. the soundproofing was a major issue and nothing was done despite my complaint.

I attended iftar at the nomad day bar. the buffet was amazing, with a selection of food, drinks and desserts. It was tasty. i also want to thank alex from the front office for updating the room with a view of the museum of the future. The room was comfortable.
The valet scratched my brand new car. i visited the hotel and gave my car to the valet, but the car was returned with a scratch on the front bumper. when i emailed the hotel, they replied saying the car came with the scratch. They refused to provide CCTV footage.
