The bed was quite comfortable.
The room wasn't as clean as I expected. I found the carpet stained. The TV also didn't work initially. I had to call someone to fix it. It was an inconvenience because I wanted to relax after a long day.

the BREAKFAST offered a great variety of food! i liked the location since it was quite good. the room included a nice balcony. it was comfortable.
the housekeeping service disappointed me. the room was not cleaned to a high standard and that bothered me. the hallways had diffusers . the carpet under the bed seemed filthy. it looked gray and like it needed cleaning.
