king size pillowsgood insulationmajor venue access
i appreciated the location near major venues like the harbor and union station. the beds had king size pillows which i found great for side sleeping. the rooms are well insulated so i did not hear noise from other rooms.

The staff at the front desk did their job adequately I guess they checked me in without major issues
The room was clearly designed by someone who hates convenience the placement of outlets was baffling and the lighting made the space feel like a dungeon It was tough to charge my devices where I needed them and reading in bed was impossible The shower temperature fluctuated wildly from scalding to freezing without warning which was a fun surprise

The location is very accessible. The gym includes a good selection of equipment. The staff were professional. I found water stations for refilling water bottles.
I found the deposit for the room was expensive. The provided pool towels seemed small. The hot tub was not very comfortable, in my opinion.

The location was advantageous. I found many restaurants close by. St Lawrence market, only a short walk away, provided diverse options. The room itself was clean. Check-in occurred efficiently.
