The Romantica Suite features a king size bed, antique furnishings, and a Giorgio Armani inspired bathroom with a soaking spa bathtub for two and a separate shower. The French Provincial Suite includes a king size bed (convertible to two single beds) and a balcony with a view of downtown. The Tiramisu Family Suite is a one-bedroom suite with a separate entrance, a custom kitchenette, a queen size bed, and two single beds. The Eagle's Nest occupies the top floor and has a richly tiled bathroom with a soaker tub and a view of the city. Most suites have views of the city skyline, some from private patios or a skylight to watch the stars. Rooms include a fridge, coffee/tea maker, and Wi-Fi.

Ocean Breeze provides guests with a daily breakfast, fresh brewed coffee, and daily newspapers.
