I found the staff helpful. They offered directions and made arrangements. breakfast had many options in a buffet style. servers were attentive, and all staff seemed friendly. the hotel is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and getting a taxi to the airport was easy.
the air conditioning in my room was not powerful enough. i also found the bathroom space quite cramped. the door was difficult to close because of an issue with the floor.

the hotel is located near bus and tram stops. this made accessing the city center easy. the area felt safe for walking even at night. several restaurants and a coffee shop were nearby.

the front desk staff were helpful . they provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast buffet was really wonderful too, with many tasty options.
the in-room coffee machine wasn't working properly (it wouldn't power on at all).

the room had nice décor. i found good gels and shampoos in the bathroom, a bathrobe and slippers were a bonus. the area was quiet and a 20 minute walk from the city center. laundry service was quick and efficient.

the staff was ready to help with any questions or requests, even at odd hours (like making cappuccinos late at night). they were attentive to my needs. the team ensured i had a seamless experience.

the front office team really shone. mattia, enrico, and alessandro answered all our questions. they arranged taxis. they helped with directions. henry and lucky helped us with our luggage.
the water in the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. the steam room did not get very hot. this was a minor issue, though.

Our room had adequate closet space. the comfortable king size bed was welcome after sightseeing. thick cozy robes were also provided. the shower had great water pressure. I loved it.
