excellent location quiet pool water pressure shower design
The location was excellent. It was right across from the International Marketplace, and a short walk got me to the beach. I really enjoyed the pool. It was lovely and quiet.
The shower design was flawed. Water got everywhere when I used it. I also noticed low water pressure, a problem.

the location is central. the rooms are spacious. staff is helpful. amenities are excellent. the hotel feels like the real hawaii!!! i felt right at home here.
my room was not cleaned regularly , nor were extra towels brought when requested.

friendly staff excellent breakfast cozy room limited cleaning towel replacement bathroom issues
the staff was super nice. the breakfast was excellent. the hotel room was very cozy. i loved that the hotel is close to an international shopping mall with many stores and restaurants. i also appreciated that it's an easy walk everywhere (i really enjoyed exploring the area!).
I'm not sure if they advertise that cleaners do not come every day, but they didn't tell me at check-in. they only made the bed and replaced half of the towels after the second night. i had issues with the bathroom. The lights went out mid-shower and i had to stumble in the dark with soap in my eyes (that was a little scary!).
