great room service garden sitting area
Room service was fantastic. It. i loved having a safe, cozy place to return to after exploring each day. the hotel also had a rooftop deck and several lovely garden sitting areas.
The room was clean upon arrival, but not so. I noticed some dust in corners. the onsite bar and restaurant remained closed, despite it being listed as an amenity.

good restaurant subway access large courtyard closed area faulty toilet cold shower
the location was close to many good restaurants. the subway was also just a few blocks away. the hotel has nice common areas including a large courtyard away from traffic.
The food area and outside areas had signs saying not to enter, these were closed. the toilet did not flush when i arrived, though it was fixed fast. the shower took five minutes to get warm enough. I waited a long time for it to not be cold.

The room had space saving hardware. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the good shower pressure (very important after a long day).
The semi-transparent bathroom walls did not offer complete privacy.

underwhelming stay , amenities lacking
closed rooftop bar small room
the room was clean , and the shower pressure was good.
the front desk staff were unhelpful when i inquired , and the lack of clear communication about the closure was frustrating. additionally , the room felt quite small , especially considering the price i paid.

decent stay with minor issues
great location affordable price extra fee poor communication
the location is amazing! it is a 5 minute walk to the l train and williamsburg. it is affordable and meets the needs of most tourists. i don't need a suite when i'm spending so little time in my room.
i booked through a website and paid the full price in advance! i was charged extra for a facilities fee and deposit. i was told i would be sent a receipt by email but nothing arrived. this left me feeling ripped off!

efficient design fast internet helpful staff
I find the design efficient. The room had blazing fast internet. I liked there was seating in common areas, both inside and outside. The staff helped me a lot.
The coffee in the second floor lounge was a weak point.
