weak wi-fi unavailable slippers
the wi-fi signal was very weak i had trouble staying connected. i also requested slippers but was told they were not available the absence of this basic amenity was disappointing. it seems certain basic comforts are not a priority here which is quite surprising. the staff didn't really seem to care about the issue and acted like it was a normal situation. this hotel stay really felt underwhelming despite the initial promise

helpful service central location missing amenities security concern
The staff provided helpful service. They delivered a coffee machine upon request. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with necessary amenities. The location made it easy to explore the city and access attractions.
My room lacked a coffee maker. I also did not find menus listing dining options. I heard a loud noise. Someone opened the door to my room in the middle of the night.

central location spacious layout efficient staff
the location was quite central i could easily walk to several attractions the room i booked was a beautiful king room it featured a spacious layout with a comfortable king size bed i found daily housekeeping to be consistently thorough with fresh towels and linens provided each day the staff at the front desk were always helpful and efficient. the fixed price black car service to the airport was convenient it eliminated any guesswork about transportation costs. i appreciated having newspapers available it allowed me to stay updated on current events. multiple dining options were nearby making it easy to find various cuisines and price points.
the elevators seemed a bit slow especially during peak hours sometimes there was a short wait

hidden costs missing amenities
the service fee was not transparent. I had to ask for things that should have been provided automatically. even water bottles were not given without request, and the room lacked a coffee maker, quite disappointing. information about the fitness center and wifi was also only provided after I inquired.
