Posada Lamar consists of eight free-standing cabins constructed from recycled materials like wood and bamboo. Local folk art, including Maya-style rugs, tapestries, and carvings, adds distinctiveness. Rooms include one or two beds with mosquito netting and sparse furniture. Large windows covered with flowing, colorful curtains let in natural light. All bungalows offer a terrace with hammocks. Certain rooms have a seating area.
