broken toilet paper holder missed details
The hotel was close to everything I wanted to see. I did not have to use public transportation.
The room had some issues. The toilet paper holder was broken. I think the cleaning staff missed some details during room preparation.

dirty carpet street noise
The location was acceptable. It was close to some attractions.
I was disappointed. The room was not as clean as i expected. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the carpet had stains. furthermore, the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. I could hear traffic and people talking loudly.

Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!!!

I went to a Blue Jays game, and this location was GREAT. The hotel is close to the UP train station, which runs straight to the airport. It took me only five minutes to walk to the stadium. I found a nice brew house just behind the hotel that I recommend. I would return. Hopefully, the prices will be better next time.
The bathroom had some hair on the floor. I told the front desk upon arrival that I would not need room service. The room lacked a 'do not disturb' door tag. The room had been serviced upon my return the first day.

The rooms were large and clean. The room had many useful things. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping was very efficient in keeping everything super clean throughout the stay. Water was free in the room.

The hotel offered underground parking. The location is near many attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The CN Tower and the Rogers Center were accessible. This was awesome. Public transport is great, too.

attentive staff airy room drenching shower
The front desk staff helped me check in swiftly. Then I enjoyed the airy room. The shower included a drenching head. I felt refreshed after each use.
The hotel walls seemed rather thin. I could hear hallway noise at times.
