the location suited me perfectly. the staff was quick to help. check-in moved smoothly. celebrating my anniversary was a nice experience.. i was given a tasty chocolate cake and wine.
the bathroom cleanliness needed attention as it was not fully up to par for my standards.

the convention center worked well. The staff WAS pleasant. Catering was a great option for large groups.
the valet workers were rude. The employees at the buffet breakfast were also rude and told us we needed to pay for breakfast even though we paid for it to be included. they said we needed a voucher though they never gave us one! after going back and forth, they checked and apologized because we did pay for breakfast.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noticed.
dated decorrusty heater
The room showed some wear. the window could not be opened, and the bathroom heater looked rusty. i also observed that the general decor seemed a bit dated. This was not ideal. i had expected better upkeep for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

lovely stay near the harbour
polite stafffiltered waterexcellent location
the staff was consistently polite. the room included a specific tap for filtered drinking water, so i didn't need to buy water bottles. the location is excellent with walking distance to major attractions (including the iconic cn tower).
the wine glasses in my room had some dust, it looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a bit.

my room had very comfortable beds. the room provided a good view over the lake. i found the rooms to be quiet and relaxing after a busy day (after exploring the city).

the breakfast had many options. the hotel has multiple bars and restaurants (so you can find something for everyone!). the don alfonso restaurant was a lovely experience.

the room had a separate area just for the kids, a super perk for families like mine! i found the breakfast buffet amazing with so many fresh choices available. i also really appreciated the shuttle service offered to and from the boat show..

The room had separate space for the kids and a view! i loved the pool! everyone was very accommodating. They had such nice manners. i'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
