The Family Fun Zone, on the 2nd floor, has a family pool with the 130-ft indoor ' Corkscrew ' waterslide, Kid Centre with live rabbits, and Club 33 teen lounge with videogames and a pool table. The Corkscrew Waterslide is open Fridays 4 pm - 9 pm and Sundays 9 am - 1 pm. To use the waterslide, guests must be over 3'8' in height. Guests between 3'8' and 5'0' in height must complete a swim test. Deck 27 offers an adult-only area with an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, saunas, and a seasonal sundeck with views of the Toronto skyline. The Exert Fitness Centre includes cardio equipment, free weights, and strength training machines.

elevator situationdripping tap
The elevator situation was REALLY annoying. There were only three elevators servicing my floor, and two were out of order. I waited FOREVER each time. My room needed some maintenance too. The tub tap dripped constantly and the vanity sink drained SO slowly. It was pretty frustrating.

the location was convenient for accessing restaurants. the rooms were quiet, and the staff were accommodating! i found the gluten-free options available at the restaurant amazing. the service at the restaurant was wonderful.
the payment system did not accept my business card. i had to use my personal card, then deal with accounting.

the beautiful queen room offered sufficient space and comfort. it included a very tiny fridge. the quiet atmosphere ensured a relaxing stay with minimal noise disruption from outside or other guests.
