i found the hotel very clean, this was pleasing. the rooms were comfortable and the accessibility to the budweiser stage was a definite bonus. it made attending the concert very convenient.

I arrived before check in time hoping to use the pool. I needed a reservation, which i was unaware of. the available times were not convenient. i feel for the price, the access to outdoor space should have been more consistent.

I found the room service unsatisfactory. I placed a late-night order and did not receive a confirmation call. the staff did not knock upon delivery as they stated it was to avoid disturbing other guests. i was charged $100 for food never delivered and this reminded me of a scam.
