The access to shopping was convenient. I liked that. breakfast was really good with many options inside. the christmas decorations were awesome. staff members are friendly and helpful, always welcome.
the constant and loud noise from the elevators was awful. i took a long time to fall asleep because of this.

the lobby bar offered a great spot for an evening cocktail. the conference i hosted at the hotel saw excellent food and hospitality services. the staff members were consistently friendly and cute.
the sound from the adjacent room was audible , disrupting my sleep.

this hotel, wow, what a location! its close to everything, i could walk to restaurants and attractions. the gym had a lot of equipment and it looks modern. the staff are amazing and so friendly.
the room was small and it had a queen bed, i reserved a king. the sheets felt old and not soft. the hotel was like a nightclub after 4pm, the vibe was so strange for this place.
