Historic Suites offer modern decor, king-sized beds, large-screen HDTVs, and kitchenettes with mini-fridges, microwave ovens, and dishwashers. Some suites include washer/dryers. Tower ONE suites have city or lake views, a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, a lounge area with furniture and HDTV, plus a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The Heritage Suite features a sunken living room, a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, a dining room table, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Teller's Bistro & Bar offers seafood, wine, and live music every Thursday from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm. The cafe was a lifesaver. I ordered food there, and they brought it to the lobby where I relaxed with breakfast and coffee.
The lack of onsite parking was annoying. I walked three blocks back to the hotel after finding parking. the Vault is now inaccessible.

A Decent Stay Overall

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Hardika and Preet at the front desk for their professionalism! Angie and Ralph from the concierge were also great. They gave excellent service. This is something I really noticed. The hotel is in a prime location too, the central business district is a huge plus. It gave me easy access to the subway. The PATH system was also nearby. It's just a short walk through the underground corridors!
The hotel was to have cleanliness issues. I saw food stains on the bed frame and on the bed sheet! It made me think they hadn't changed the sheets. The stains on the sheets matched the stains on the bed frame. The room I was initially given was not in good condition. The mattress was torn apart at the sides. This was disappointing!
