I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the tram station. it made getting around quite easy. the beds felt very comfortable. It was easy to get a good night's sleep. i also found the staff particularly kind. the bus stop right outside offered further convenience.
The sound insulation between rooms was not ideal. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

i loved the convenient location and appreciated being so close to bus stations, awesome for easy access to the city center (traveling was so simple!). the room was cozy and well maintained, and the cleaning staff were consistently helpful, promptly providing extra toiletries and coffee. the hotel's quiet atmosphere ensured a peaceful stay, free from disruptive noise.
the bathroom felt a bit dated, with wallpaper showing wear and tear. some cracks in the shower walls, so it needs to be renovated soon.

the location was good as a base for exploring. the staff at the bar were great and the food was decent.
the tv was seriously outdated i couldn't even hook up my streaming accounts. the carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in ages. also the room keys stopped working after only a couple of uses talk about annoying

Check-in was quick, thanks to the online form I completed. The staff were friendly and helpful . I found the location very convenient (easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants). The beds were comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep.
The hallways was a little dim due to low lighting.
