I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff, especially Rachel, were so helpful and filled with knowledge about the city. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to downtown Miami and convenient shuttle options. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but I wished breakfast had more variety. Overall, great value for what we paid!
