uncomfortable temperature broken thermostat
the location was convenient to nearby amenities, at least.
i had issues with the temperature control in the room, i could not adjust the thermostat and the room was uncomfortably warm, even after i reported it to the front desk nobody came to fix it.

a blissful escape by the water
easy access great selection long pier
the hotel is easily accessible from the airport via train and a quick ferry. lonsdale quay offers a great selection of shops and restaurants. the waterfront has a long pier (perfect for an evening stroll) to watch lovely sunsets.
The room was not prepared on arrival. Some elements were missing, like extra coffee mugs. I needed to request them.

the staff are friendly and accommodating with easy access to the seabus, allowing quick trips downtown. they are available to assist with any requests or questions about the area. it is definitely service with a smile here.

the hotel restaurant offers excellent dining options, perfect for a romantic meal. breakfast in the morning includes delicious options, freshly prepared for a great start to the day. the restaurant's ambience is relaxing and intimate.

the hotel boasts modern facilities, everything feels fresh and clean. the rooms are well kept (the bed was comfortable) offering a relaxing retreat after a day exploring. the entire building exudes a sense of luxury.

small room limited view
the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
The room i booked had two double beds. it felt quite small. There wasn't much space to move around. also, the view wasn't great. i could only see a sliver of the surrounding area from the window.
