lovely rooms and great amenities!

the room was perfect (i really liked the decor!). the staff were very good my expectations. francesco from concierge always helped with everything. he even helped me navigate the city to the best of his abilities!
i stayed at this hotel recently. i was told the full amount would be charged together on my credit card. however, the actual charge was higher. i did not use anything from the minibar or damage any items in the room.

the hotel is near a park. transportation is accessible right outside the hotel. bus and tram stops are easily accessible from the hotel's location. i found this location quite central.

the breakfast buffet had numerous options. there was a great selection of food and drinks. the food served by their kitchen was really good. the aperitif bar was also quite nice and had tasty drinks.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. francesco at the concierge was always available to help. rita and simone at the front desk were excellent. they were very patient when assisting with a misplaced piece of luggage.

the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. i found my room to be of good dimensions and had every comfort. the rooms are modern and clean. there were tea making facilities available which was useful.
