some issues with services
parking availability restaurant availability
the location is amazing.
The hotel claimed to have parking available nearby with valet service. this was not accurate. I had to wait 30 minutes for the valet. the valet was unable to operate the tesla, so i found alternative parking. also, i could not locate the restaurant advertised in the description.

historic charm and prime location
palatial room fresco work central location
my room felt palatial with really good fresco work on the ceilings. the hotel seemed newly renovated and had a perfect central location. despite being in a ztl zone, the hotel arranges a pickup and drop service similar to valet parking and manages the ztl permit for your car. it was cozy, and i covered all of the sights on foot.
i noticed that there were not a lot of outlets, something i could have used more of

mixed feelings about this stay
strong smell dim lighting
I found a strong smell, and i'm not sure where it came from. it made the first few days a bit tough, so we opened the windows often. the air conditioning wasn't very effective. also, the lighting in the room was very dim. Better lighting is needed.

Amazing Historic Stay!
warm welcome city map personal assistance elegant building
I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The staff provided a city map with recommendations. The owner offered personal assistance at any time. Our room was beautiful, charming, and comfortable. I felt the historical elegance of the building and the modern updates were very nice!!!
The room lighting could be better and there was shadowing on the mirror.
