The lobby felt bright and clean. The check-in and check-out process was digital and quick. Staff contacted me before arrival. They said I could text them anytime. The room and bathroom were very clean (which I always appreciate!).
The hotel lacked a chair in the room. The desk pulled out from the nightstand, but there was only a small hassock to sit on. It would not be a good place to work. I had to go downstairs as there was no phone in the room.

Charming Stay with Thoughtful Touches

The location offered great convenience. The lobby featured a sparkling water fountain. I found real mugs and a refillable water bottle in the room which was a nice touch. The hotel provided a comfortable bed with a cute doggie stuffed toy and a plush robe I liked the pull out bag holder and charming coat hangers.
The room was smaller than expected I wished it was slightly bigger.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The team swiftly assisted with directions. The team helped find some great spots to eat. I found them to be very approachable and ready to assist with any inquiry, very helpful.

I enjoyed the cutest hotel lobby. It features a sparkling and still water fountain. i also saw many cute dog sculptures and toys, quite cute. They were very attentive.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is a short walk from a major transportation hub. Penn station is only about 7 minutes away. times square and hell's kitchen restaurants are within walking distance, offering many dining options. subway and bus access allows easy exploration.

I loved that the location was close to the train station and the city's attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The room had a handy space for storing luggage under the bed. That saved a lot of space. Complimentary water bottles and the flavored beverages were a special treat!
I requested a top sheet upon arrival. it took some time to get it. I had to go to the front desk. This was a little inconvenient at 11 pm.
