Adequate stay, service needs attention.
great location pre dinner cocktail long elevator waits check-in issue
The location is excellent. Many attractions and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is situated very close to a subway station. Touring was easy from there. The room was clean and well stocked. The bar is a great spot for a pre dinner cocktail before heading out.
The elevators did not always read the room card. I got stuck riding up and down. I also had to wait ten minutes to check in. There were only two people checking guests in at the time. I was disappointed about this.
