convenient location, lovely room
friendly staff complimentary drinks helpful doormen
the staff were all very friendly and professional. i loved the welcome mats in the elevators, a VERY nice touch. complimentary drinks were great too. doormen were very helpful.
the bathroom was not very clean under the sink. the lobby and bar seemed very simple and not cozy. the photos online made it appear different than it was.

Fantastic marathon experience
warm greeting great location care package race essentials
Staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to assist. The hotel location was great. It was close to the park and many restaurants, very useful. The hotel provided a care package at check-in with snacks and race essentials.
The gym did not open until 7am, and I was hoping it would open at 6am.

The hotel has a coffee shop with access from the lobby. This was very convenient for a morning coffee. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so dining options are plentiful. I enjoyed the varied choices nearby.

clean bathroom king bed amazing soaps
I stayed in the king studio sofa bed! it was amazing. The king size bed was so comfy. the bathroom was very clean. I loved the soaps and shampoos they provided.

disappointing view impersonal experience
The room faced an interior wall. it seemed like a prison, a pretty disappointing view! there wasn't any information provided about the hotel amenities either. I only found out about the gym later. no one at the front desk asked how my stay was. The whole experience felt really impersonal.

happy staff professional appearance ideal location thoughtful touch
i found the staff genuinely happy and eager to help. their professional appearance was appreciated. i found the location ideal for exploring nearby areas , a real bonus for my stay. the hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks , a thoughtful touch after a long day.
the bar was quite busy due to a local event , making it a bit difficult to enjoy the complimentary drinks.
