The location is excellent since it's close to transport links that!). breakfast was included and delivered right to my room. A really nice touch. the staff were friendly and super helpful throughout my visit. the room was clean and big enough, with comfy pillows adding a touch of luxury.

the staff were friendly and helpful to me and my children. our bedrooms felt very nice and cosy. the location was great because it was right opposite the tram stop.
the breakfast provided was just a couple of croissants, a few biscuits, an orange, and a banana. it was left outside the room on the floor. i expected a normal breakfast.

The staff was friendly. Kim showed us to our room. She was great. The bed offered good comfort, so we slept soundly. It was simple and easy. The location is close to a tram stop. That makes walking convenient.
Some bits in the bedroom looked a little tired.
