Apartment-Style Rooms
Each unit is a self-contained apartment with a full kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans) and an in-suite washer and dryer. Rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with tub or shower, and a smart TV. Some suites have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Floors are polished concrete. Street noise can be loud; earplugs and a white noise machine are provided.
Dining & Kitchen Use
No onsite restaurant or room service. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. A communal microwave is available on the fifth-floor lounge. Nearby dining options include Whole Foods Market (2 blocks), Bottega Louie, and Hilltop Cafe+Kitchen across the street.
Rooftop & Fitness
Guests have access to a rooftop deck with lounge seating, a fitness room with Peloton bikes and Technogym equipment, and a yoga room. The fifth floor has a common lounge with a kitchen, water dispenser, and an outdoor patio. No pool or spa is available.
Downtown LA Location
The hotel is in downtown Los Angeles, a 5-minute walk to the 7th Street/Metro Center station (Red, Purple, Blue, Expo lines). Crypto.com Arena and LA Live are about 1.5 km away. California Science Center and Natural History Museum are 6 km away. The surrounding area includes the Jewelry District, with many food trucks and shops. Note: the neighborhood has a high unhoused population; street noise and occasional disturbances are common. Safety patrols are present.
