the staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants which was acceptable
the room was small the walls felt very thin i could hear noise from other rooms it was difficult to relax the air conditioning was not effective it made the room stuffy

the staff were all really lovely and helpful i found the hotel itself in a great location close to good eateries and a metro stop the bed was one of the comfiest we have had in a hotel
the lift was too noisy i couldn't sleep since i was right by the lift it went on all night and day

the staff suggested umbrellas when it rained. the hotel location is a short walk to main attractions or metro. the hotel was very clean. the front desk workers were awesome. i will stay again on my next trip. breakfast service was nice and the food tasted good. they even offered to ship back an item i left behind.
the lift could be noisy and disturbed sleep since my room was near it the noise went on all night and day
