noisy main road single glazing
The room overlooked a noisy main road, not ideal at all. single glazing was definitely an issue. I could hear everything outside (even with earplugs). this needs addressing, especially given the price i paid (i'm very frustrated with my stay).

sea view friendly people tasty breakfast limited parking noisy road single glazing
the location was fantastic , just a short walk to many attractions. the hosts were very cute and took extra time to help guests. breakfast was cooked quickly and tasted great. the room offered a lovely sea view and plenty of sunlight.
parking was limited on the street. a rear room overlooks a noisy main road. single glazing allowed significant drafts , particularly during windy weather.

excellent stay near the sea
attentive touches many choices fresh water local knowledge
i liked the attentive touches throughout the building. the breakfast included many choices. fresh water and milk were available. the owners gave recommendations for local places to visit. i found them to be great for local knowledge.
the on street parking was limited during certain hours. it required a bit of planning for longer stays. this was a minor inconvenience.

fantastic sea view
great location friendly people tasty breakfast
the hosts. they took time to help and explain things. the breakfast was cooked quickly and tasty. i really liked the full english and the omelets.
the beach side windows were single glazed. it got very windy . this caused cold draughts overnight. it was unfortunate.

The room had a gorgeous sea view, the sun shone through the window. everything was impeccably clean. the toilet and shower were modern. The shower was electric and hot in moments.

the hosts were very cute and friendly. they were happy to chat. the hotel offered extra help to those requiring it. i found this service thoughtful and helpful.

The location was directly on the seafront. The breakfast was prepared fresh , and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The on street parking was limited. My room overlooked a courtyard , and I noticed some road noise. Single glazing was present.
