the location was good. it was a short walk to a lovely, quiet beach. the room itself was spacious. (i was particularly pleased about this).
the breakfast time was limited. we arrived nine minutes late and were told the kitchen had closed. we could only have tea or coffee, (which we already had in the room).

the location were near the beach, a ten-minute walk i think. the breakfast have many choices and were tasty. the room was a nice size, with a comfortable bed. i liked they had parking on site, its convenient.
The bathroom need update. The grout have some discoloration.

staff are always polite and helpful when i need something. they greet with a smile and assist with directions. they answer question quick and efficient. i found them to be attentive during breakfast service.
