helpful staff warm vibe comfortable home
the staff was helpful and friendly at the bar. they added a log to the fire. i was like i was in a comfortable home. the whole place had a warm vibe.
the tea and coffee facilities are located in the corridor and not in the room.

The room was spacious. It was well-kept. The bed was cozy. The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
Tea and coffee facilities were in the corridor, not inside the room itself. I found this inconvenient. The room price included only a basic breakfast option. Ordering anything beyond that required an extra payment. I found this a bit disappointing.

poor communication missed breakfast
the room was very clean, and the air con worked well. it was also a short walk to the beach.
I booked online and the advertised events didn't happen. There was little communication. we weren't told about a discount in the shop , and we missed out on breakfast because no one mentioned it was included until too late. it all felt rather disorganized

Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious room free parking
The staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room I had was wonderful and spacious. I appreciated the free parking and the short walk to the beach (a big plus for me).
I was not told you get a discount in the shop if you stay and I was unaware breakfast was included until it was too late. I would have liked to make use of these, especially the shop discount.
