i found the check-in process to be very quick. the staff was nice and gave me everything i needed.
the breakfast was low quality and they used plastic plates and cutlery. the hotel itself did not seem clean, especially the carpets in the corridor on the first day.

the room was clean and simple and the front DESK staff were great.
I had a very disappointing EXPERIENCE. i was charged $35 per day upfront for the entire length of my stay, i found this excessive and Unnecessary. the policy is inflexible and i feel like they just want to take your money.

The staff were friendly. I appreciated their knowledge. The location is GREAT near the subway for easy transit. The restaurant offered a nice option for on-site meals.

Staff was friendly and very professional. The hotel provided valet parking onsite. The subway access nearby was a definite plus. The area around the hotel felt safe, this made moving around easy.
Rooms are small. The bathroom was small, particularly the shower. Bending over in the shower could cause you to hit your head. There were no microwaves in the room.
