the location is near the greenwood cemetery, only about a 15-minute walk, important to me. a bus to penn station is available just minutes from the hotel. sunset park is also easy to visit from this location.

the room i got was not very clean the bedding had some stains i think one of the walls was fabric and had lots of stains too the shower ceiling had dead bugs it seemed more like a three-star hotel i would stay again if the room was cleaner maybe i will choose another place next time

The room included a large picture window. The view it provide was nice. Beds had comfortable features. The front desk offered a tip to use local taxis instead of Uber to get to the airport. I found it saved 40%.
I did notice the room size was a bit smaller than expect.

Staff members were friendly. They seemed happy to assist me with directions. The reception staff had an upbeat attitude. They were pleasant even late at night after my long travel.

I appreciated the location near Industry City. It was very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants from there. Edwin was very helpful. He allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early and called us when our room became available.
The room cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some light staining on the bedding and dead bugs on the shower ceiling. This.

The room was quiet and decently spacious (i had a good sleep). The bed had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel also cleans rooms every day and provides clean towels.
