the hotel location felt safe and accessible. the staff at the front desk seemed very helpful with directions. my room type, the standard king room, was modern and very clean and i think it had everything i needed.

I loved the funky music and beautiful decor upon entering. Mike was quite polite and informative during check-in and check-out. The hotel's style was excellent. As a music lover, i used Shazam often to identify the tunes. The room was stylish, matching the hotel's overall aesthetic.

The hotel is quite well situated. the noise from nearby sirens disrupted sleep. This was slightly annoying.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, showing smiles that indicated they love their work. Karen made check-in an absolute pleasure, offering details about the Brand. Anok assisted with valet parking seamlessly, handling luggage carefully.

the hotel location is great , lots of places are right outside the door. several breakfast places are nearby , but call your mother is attached to the hotel and it was my favorite. mercy me is a restaurant , they have a great bourbon selection.

the room was small , it had a non-functional no-door shower in the bathroom. the sliding barn door for the bathroom had no latch and leaked excessive light around the edge , waking the other occupants. additionally , the entry door was ill-fitted and let in significant light and noise from the hallway.

I had such a terrific experience. the staff greeted me so warmly and made sure i knew about all the amenities. the room was super clean! the location was great. I found it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

the only minor issue? the elevators were a tad slow, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal.
