the staff demonstrated excellent helpfulness i appreciated the readily available assistance with directions the location proved convenient near two metro stops the room was very clean and maintained to a high standard daily.
the walls seemed a bit thin i could occasionally hear noise from adjoining rooms.

the hotel location is quite convenient. i found it was near food options and train stations, which simplified my commute. nearby boulangeries also provided fresh pastries daily.
The noise levels were quite noticeable. I could clearly hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

The reception staff offered assistance around the clock and seemed genuinely helpful. They addressed my queries promptly. they were always available to provide directions to nearby attractions. this constant availability provided a sense of security and support.

the room had comfortable bedding and a functional layout, which aided relaxation. towels were changed regularly. the bathroom fixtures worked well, allowing convenient usage. everything was in good working order .

The location was convenient to shops and restaurants.
I was disappointed with the bathroom. The window didn't close properly, so the wind blew through during a storm. I could also easily hear the people in the rooms next door, not ideal
