The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found English spoken by all staff. The proximity to the metro and nearby cafes was convenient. I saw many dining options available for both dining and takeaway. Check-in and check-out were both smooth.
I had to keep the window open due to cigarette smoke. The air conditioning did not work and I was not informed. The room did feel small.

the location was fine, near the metro station so that was acceptable.
the air conditioning clearly wasn't working properly. i had to leave the window open, but then all i got was cigarette smoke drifting in. also, the room was smaller than i expected.. a real letdown.

Amazing Stay!

The staff were super kind and helpful! I was able to leave my luggage on my last day, allowing me to continue sightseeing. It was so convenient! The location is fantastic near the metro.
I noticed the shower was quite outdated , and the door was damaged.
