The staff were really helpful. Everyone was willing to answer our questions. The bed was comfortable. I slept VERY well. The location is AMAZING!!! It is close to the Metro.

The reception staff was professional. Anna and Laurent were especially helpful and friendly. I appreciated the great breakfast selection, a nice start to each day. The location near Gare du Nord was very convenient for my travel needs.
Cleaning seemed inconsistent, with garbage often left on the stairs. My room lacked spare toilet paper. I requested more, but it never arrived.

the staff helped a lot with directions, especially getting to the metro. they let me check in early since rooms were available, which i appreciated after a long trip. the cleanliness was consistent throughout the stay, that was a good thing.
the room i booked was not quite as expected! it was on the sixth floor. access was only via stairs from the fifth floor. it wasn't ideal.

A really good buffet breakfast is available each morning. It features a nice selection of pastries and hot items. they keep the area very clean and restocked. the lemon cake was particularly good.

The staff were helpful from arrival until departure. they provided useful advice on navigating the city using the metro! the check-in process was also quick. They were very cute.

i've stayed here before, and i'm still charmed by its location. the staff is super nice and helpfull, they did give me some good tips. the rooms were compact, but that's just how it is in old buildings.
the rooms were abit too dark for my taste, it needs more lighting. there wasnt a fridge in the room, that was a little disappointing. and the tv had very limited channels for english speakers, it need more channels.
